Highlights:

Plug & Play:Signing digitally has never been easier. The signature pad works without any software installation. It takes less than 5 minutes from unpacking the signature pad to signing your first document.

Maximum Speed:The entire signature process—including PDF rendering, signature capture, encryption, and document creation—takes place entirely on the pad. There is no communication between PC software and the pad.

Network capability:With the optional Ethernet Connection Kit, you can easily integrate the signature pad into your network via an Ethernet cable. PDF documents can be sent directly to the pad from any device in the network via a browser. Multiple users can access the same signature pad one after the other. If the pad is connected to the computer via USB, it can only be controlled via the web browser of that computer.

Edit documents: Thanks to the virtual keyboard, form elements such as text fields, checkboxes, or selection fields can be filled out directly on the pad before signing (additional feature—more information can be found here).

Easy Integration: Integration into existing processes is quick—usually in less than a day—thanks to the free .NET or REST API (nextGen API). In addition, simple processes can be implemented even faster with the virtual printer “Print2NG”: The signature process can be started from any printable application and the signed PDF can be automatically saved in a destination folder. For certain automations, the duraSign Pad NG 10 can also be used in combination with eSignatureOffice.

Stability: The chemically hardened glass surface ensures maximum robustness and long-term use, even under heavy use.

Highest Security: No open interfaces – access only via the integrated web interface or REST API. The firmware is tamper-proof, and updates are encrypted. Integrated opening detection protects against unauthorized access to the housing, and a Kensington lock protects against theft.

No license management: Since the signature pad works without additional software and the nextGen API is free of charge, there is no need for license management or other additional costs.

Platform independence: Compatible with all common operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android/iOS, and more.

eIDAS-compliant: Advanced electronic signatures in accordance with eIDAS.

Integration	You can integrate the NG Pad series into your signature process in the following ways: Zero Integration Approach (PDF): The pad provides a web page on the network. You upload a PDF/A document and sign it on the pad. The signature pad then returns the signed document. Minimal Integration (XML): The signature pad provides a web page on the net. You load an XML document in which the signature fields are already defined. You sign the document on the signature pad. The signature pad then returns the signed XML document. This way you ensure that the document is signed at the correct place and that all mandatory signatures have been executed. This option is ideal for connecting to your document management processes. API Approach: You control the signature pad from your software using the .NET or REST API interfaces – a complete integration of the signature pad into your software / process environment. You will receive documentation of the interfaces with the pad.
